How To Pay For Your Show Lead
There are two ways you can pay for your show lead if you are not picking it up in person. You can either pay by check or by PayPal. If paying by check, please note the lead will be mailed out once the check clears.
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. If you choose to pay by paypal, it's easy and most of the work is done for you. Just fill in the dollar amount you were quoted plus 3% for the fees and click "Buy Now". That's all it takes. You can also just let us know you are purchasing by Paypal and we can send you the exact dollar amount.
Shipping and Handling is a flat rate of $5.00 per order.. Priority $5.20 in the US and $14.00 Overseas, Insured, Signature Required Mail options are available upon request for additional Fees. FEDEX and UPS Next day services must be paid for in advance.

Please specify how you would like your leashes shipped to you at the time you place your order. If not specified, all leashes will be shipped by regular USPS Mail. Should you wish your items insured or trackable there is an additional charge. We are not responsible and do not provide refunds for lost shipments that did not have insurance or tracking on them. We will remake your item and ship to you, for additional shipping charges, and will trust the integrity and ethics of our customers to return any duplicate items that show up in the mail.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
All custom orders sales are final and are non-refundable. Your leash is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against breakage if used properly and you have your reciept. Simply return it and we will fix it for you. After the 12 month period, repairs will be made at a small charge plus shipping costs to return it to you.
